HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Check-in Time is 2:00 PM & Check-out Time is 12:00 noon. Any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Hotel Manager / Duty Manager.



2. CHILLY BEACH RESORT is not responsible for lost or misplaced items in the Hotel. For your security, a safe deposit box is provided in each room. The Quadruple Room is also equipped with magnetically locked cabinets for guest use.

3. Extension of current stay shall be subjected to room availability and rate adjustments.

4. A Php2,000 charge applies for each Hotel Key that is damaged or misplaced.

5. Partying is not allowed in hotel rooms. A fine of Php10,000 will be imposed for any violation of this rule.

6. Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms. Violations will result in a fine equal to the full room rate for the stay.

7. Smoking inside the hotel room is not allowed, a deep cleaning surcharge of Php10,000 per day shall be applied.

8. By signing on the booking registration form, Guest is hereby agreeing to the reservation details and authorize Chilly Beach Resort Palawan to charge my credit card with the amount outstanding on my account when they check-out. I consent to this charge being made without signing the final invoice.

9. The liability for my bill is not waived and that I agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of Chilly Beach Resort.

10. Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of original booking.

11. Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key or be allowed access into the hotel room by CHILLY BEACH RESORT management, in case key are misplaced or lost.

12. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times.Chilly Beach Resort management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. Safety Deposit Box are provided and recommended for guest use.

13. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items (stained linens, damaged furniture) in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of the Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.

14. Hotel towels are provided to be used for the Guests’ personal use and prohibited for the same to be removed from the room. Any towels or other amenities provided by the hotel which fall short during room inspection, will be charged to the Guests’ account. Towels for use at the swimming pool are also provided inside the room.

15. Guest/Visitors do so at their own risk and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage.

16. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitor(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.

17. Chilly Beach Resort shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises.

18. The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.

19. The hotel reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee should the guest cancel any nights from its originally intended length of stay.

20. The undersigned in the booking registration form agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked and a statement will be forwarded by post.

21. Visitors are not permitted inside the Guest rooms ..
22. BAR AND BEACH is available as a venue to accommodate any visitors of the Hotel Guests.
23. Photo ID proof issued by the government is compulsory for all guests to present upon check-in.

24. In case of any charges not cleared at the time of check-out, the credit card information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.

25. I have gone through the Terms and Conditions governing my stay in the Hotel and agree to abide by them.

26. Kindly inform our Front Office of any changes to the above information.

All reservations at Chilly Beach Resort are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
